Welcome to Lille / Studio’s webshop. We ask you to read the terms and conditions before placing your order.
Prices on the webshop are shown in DKK and include 25% VAT, unless you have chosen another shipping country, which is outside the EU, where no Danish VAT is paid. If you choose delivery to a country outside the EU, where no Danish VAT is to be paid, the price will be stated without VAT at checkout.
When ordering goods for delivery outside the EU, you do not pay Danish VAT, but VAT, import fees and / or taxes may be imposed in accordance with national rules as soon as the package arrives in the country of delivery. Unfortunately, we can not predict the amount that will be charged to your order. You are responsible for paying all import costs.
Lille / Studio receives payment with Dankort / VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and Mobile Pay. Payment will only be deducted from your account, when the item is shipped.
Shipping to GLS parcel shop within Denmark DKK 49. Home delivery with GLS to addresses in Denmark DKK 79.
Lille / Studio offers free shipping on all domestic orders above DKK 499, –
Standard delivery time to addresses in Denmark is 2-3 days. You can stay informed about your package’s route to you, by contacting us at the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that shipments to countries outside the EU may be delayed in customs. Lille / Studio can not be held responsible for this.
Note that the delivery times above are estimates. Lille / Studio can not be held responsible for delays that occur at PostNord or GLS.
Please note that packages are generally not shipped on our closing days Sunday and Monday.
Right of withdrawal
Private individuals have the right to cancel a purchase agreement without justification within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you receive the item in physical possession.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to let us know that you would like to cancel your purchase. You can send an e-mail: email@example.com or call 29 82 98 01.
You can not cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
We offer the possibility of partially returning your purchase. The procedure and conditions for a partial return are the same as for full return.
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are responsible if damage occurs during transport.

The item must be sent with either GLS or PostNord and cannot be delivered to a parcel shop or service point.
The condition of the goods at the time of return
If the item has lost value due to the fact that you have used it in a different way than what was necessary to determine the item’s nature, properties and the way it works, you can only get part of the purchase amount refunded. The exact refund depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean that you can only get the shipping costs refunded
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money refunded.. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund the amount you paid for the item excluding delivery costs.
We return the money with the same means of payment that you used at the time of purchase.
We may withhold payment until we have received the item.
Exchange in store
If you want to exchange for another size or colour, it is possible to do this in our store.

All items are quality checked before they are sent out to our customers. Should you unexpectedly receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us. Items are classified as defective if they are received with errors or defects, or if an error should occur within 24 months after the date of purchase. In other words, the rules of the Sale of Goods Act are applicable. You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months after the error is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
Please note that items that become damaged as a result of normal use are not designated as defective.
Where possible, we will offer to repair any damage or defects in the goods. If you want to exchange your item, we offer to replace the item with the same product in the same size, depending on availability. If an item cannot be repaired or replaced, you will receive a full refund of your purchase.
Personal data policy
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone number. and email address.
We register and pass on the personal information that is necessary to be able to deliver the item to you.
The personal information is registered with Lille / Studio and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. Companies process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.
The data manager at lillestudio.dk is Lille / studio.
You have the right to be informed of what information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we have a duty to delete your personal data if you request it. It can e.g. be if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we were to use it.
